Jarden Wealth and JBWere NZ will become one wealth management firm under the JBWere name over the coming months.

In May 2024 both Jarden Wealth and JBWere NZ became part of FirstCape, a leading group of wealth management and asset management companies. At the same time Jarden Wealth separated from Jarden Securities Limited.

Having two separate companies operating under the Jarden name can be confusing. As such, it was always the intention to bring FirstCape's two wealth management businesses together, combining the expertise and resources of both to deliver better services and outcomes for our clients.

We've chosen to do this under the JBWere NZ name. The JBWere brand has been supporting clients for more than 180 years and is a name that is synonymous with wealth management in both Australia and New Zealand. That trans-Tasman relationship with JBWere Australia will also provide our clients with access to exciting opportunities.

What will always stay the same is our commitment to putting our clients first. We know that as your trusted adviser, delivering a personalised service and investment approach to our clients is critical.

We will continue to communicate anything our clients need to know along the way.
