Hayden Griffiths
Senior Manager, Asset Allocation
Hayden has over 20 years’ experience as a financial markets analyst, helping clients make confident investment decisions through a deep understanding of risk and return. He joined JBWere in 1996, following earlier roles at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and investment bank Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW). Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science (Tech.) in Physics and Economics, and a Master of Management Studies in Finance and Economics.
He is especially passionate about supporting charities and iwi, working closely with them to develop long-term investment strategies that sustain and strengthen their impact. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys sailing and hang gliding.
