Dugan recently joined the Christchurch office after three years in London, bringing broad experience in financial services, including investment advice, client relationship management, and project management.
He holds a Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Otago and a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services. During his time in the UK, Dugan worked at NatWest Bank on a major bank merger. Prior to that, he spent five years with a global asset management firm in New Zealand, advising clients on investment strategies.
Dugan is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through tailored investment advice and portfolio management, working alongside Stuart Thomas and Ian Dalley.
Outside work, he enjoys running, cycling, cricket, and exploring Canterbury and Central Otago with family and friends.
