Belina brings more than 25 years' experience in banking and financial services, with a strong focus on wealth management, private banking, family office advisory and personalised investment services.
She began her career at BNZ, spending many years within BNZ Private Bank before becoming a Partner in BNZ Family Office, where she worked closely with private clients and family offices across New Zealand and internationally.
In 2020, Belina co-founded Pāua Wealth Management with several other partners. As a founding partner, she played a key role in building the business from the ground up, developing client relationships and supporting clients with their broader financial affairs, succession planning and strategies to preserve and grow wealth across generations.
What Belina enjoys most about her work is building long-term relationships and understanding what matters most to clients and their families. She takes a personal, considered and holistic approach, and is passionate about helping clients feel supported and confident in their financial decision-making. Her approach is grounded in trust, discretion and long-term thinking.
Belina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of Waikato.
Outside of work, Belina is a foodie who enjoys fashion, music and travel. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with family and friends.
