Anton van der Wilt has developed significant market knowledge and experience, in many market cycles, over 30 plus years in financial markets in both equities and bonds. He deals principally with high-net-worth clients, foundations, charities, trusts and professional investors.
His experience includes 18.5 years at Jarden (as a Director) and prior to that, he spent 15 years at Spicers Portfolio Management as a Senior Adviser. Earlier, he spent 6 years in London, working principally in the equity markets at Smith New Court (as a Market Maker) and in the debt markets at Merrill Lynch.
Anton enjoys dealing with his clients, loves the challenge of navigating financial markets and takes great satisfaction in helping them meet their goals and growing their wealth for future generations.
Anton is an NZX Adviser and Certified Financial Planner. He has a Diploma in Business Studies (Financial Planning) from Massey University. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, most sports including skiing, fishing, mountain biking, golf and rowing. He has coached rugby and served on the committee of the Lyall Bay Surf Life Saving Club when they raised capital to rebuild the clubhouse. His children were members there and won National titles.
