William drives a wide range of research projects packaging data and trends into thought leadership materials and applied tools to share with clients and Aotearoa New Zealand’s for-purpose sector. 

His academic record focussed on peacebuilding and education from the USA and UK culminating in a PhD is from University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar.  He has worked for 15 years as a researcher and project manager in education, peacebuilding, development, gender equality, public health and the arts – always mission-driven and with the tools and experience to understand complex problems by turning data and ideas into evidence-informed action. 

At his core, William is a storyteller who has a proven track record explaining and expressing dense material in approachable ways. After living and working in the USA, UK and the Pacific, William and his Kiwi wife have made Tāmaki Makaurau home.
