Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service that you have received from JBWere please contact us and we will make every effort to reach a resolution with you as quickly as possible. You may contact the Compliance Team to make a complaint by email at ComplaintsNZ@jbwere.co.nz or telephone 0800 555 555 or +64 9 927 1200. If you prefer, you may contact your JBWere adviser directly.

JBWere is a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited ("FSCL") and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Under FSCL criteria we will send you an acknowledgment of your complaint within 5 business days and respond to your complaint within 40 days. If you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing info@fscl.org.nz or calling FSCL on 0800 34 72 57. Full details of how to access the FSCL scheme can be obtained on their website fscl.org.nz. There is no cost to you to use this service.
